Although we had a glorious sunny, warm (30s and 40s, LOL) weekend, we still have a lot of snow on the ground in MI. I live in a condo so there is not much for me to do as far as yard work, although I can relate about getting all the gunk off the inside and outside of my car.
As far as "spring cleaning" indoors, I have two cats, so I am constantly cleaning - EVERYTHING!, EVERYWHERE!, regardless of the season. I tend to do more of an all-over clean/declutter in the Fall, after my son goes off to college and before the holidays get into full swing.

We are waiting for the snow to melt off most of the lawn. Unable to do anything outdoors except remove snow from pathways. But today's temps in the mid 40's helped a great deal!!

Your mention of the Sandhill Cranes brought to mind when they land in the middle of our state, Nebraska. They usually come thru here during the last of March. People flock from all over to sit and watch them. Quite the sight!

Getting ready to put our house on the market, so our spring cleaning is on steroids this year!

Yes, de-cluttering, painting, sprucing up each room of the house....about halfway done. Won't get any done once it gets warm outdoors, so it's now or never,

Yes, when I had a day of vacation I deep cleaned our guest room and upstairs bathroom. Then I moved on to the den and master bedroom the next day. This weekend, it will be the sunroom and living room. I'll end in the kitchen the following weekend.

I can't wait to start spring cleaning. Have to wait for the weather to warm up first. I'm not motivated until I get warmed up.

Hi Sarpy, They have arrived already...started arriving about 10 days ago. We've been watching the huge massive flocks at the Rowe Sanctuary take off at dawn and come back at dusk (through tv streaming - RoKu) for several days now.
We hope to go back out that way again next Spring to see them 'in person'...lol ![]()
