The little rascals are so unpredictable, it's hard to catch them for pics lol.  I hope you're able to get some pics, for peace of mind's sake lol.  I've been stalking a cardinal & woodpecker all summer, but they fly away every time.

I know just what you mean about them being fun to watch.  I always thought a hummingbird never stopped flapping their wings.  Since I've been watching, I've noticed they do occasionally take breaks, like chillin on the fence.😃

I've found myself taking (or sometimes TRYING to take) more pics of them this year than ever before lol.  They're just too stinking cute not to!❤️

I thought the little guy on the fence was cute too!  I probably took 20 pics of just him in different positions lol.  It's rare to ever catch one just sitting still like this I think.😃❤️❤️

Yes, I take every picture with my iPhone.  Some are a lot better than others.  Seems like I stalk hummingbirds lol.  If I'm really far away, they're not as sharp sometimes.

lol, oh my!  I would've probably been scared if it were flying right at my face and I wasn't sure what it was!  Years ago, I never saw as many hummingbirds as I do now.  Maybe it just because now, I'm looking for them.❤️

Nice pictures ! The other day as I stood at my patio window I saw one at the petals of my Zinna's then it darted over to my Begonias. They are one of God's amazing creations and those fluttering wings ! Wow !
