I think @Roscoe the Rascal has the right idea to use it for candles!   It's very pretty, but it sure wouldn't work as a birdfeeder.  Each bowl would have to be filled to the top for those little birdies to perch on the edge and lean in to get seeds.  

 

Lots of wind where I live -- something tall and flimsy like that would last about 2 minutes in my yard.
