lucy---we built our house on a thickly forrested piece of land  30 years ago that we actually had to log off and then had the bulldozers come in to clear it of thick,hugely caned blackberries. That was 30 years ago and slowly but surley we are being covered again with those tenacious plants. They are true survivors.

Oh No !  I LOVE THEM!  Used to buy them all the time, very expensive.  I have been growiing my own for about 6 years and continue to love them.  I eat them fresh amd freeze them.  They are wonderful.

@wagirl That would be fabulous! Black berries are delicious, I could probably eat 3-4 packs in a row, but that might get a little expensive! He he! Smiley Very HappySmiley Very HappySmiley Very Happy
