Yes I have 2 nest holes from Pileated woodpeckers in my big Maple tree in my back yard, also have them visiting the woodpecker suet cakes hanging in my woodchips behind my kitchen window. The biggest woodpecker in Northern America. So nice to see you back Lilysmom.What new are you planting this year? Love your yard. HLP

@HLP , we have had a very strange winter.  Record warm temps and then cold snaps.  None of that is good for the gardens.  I know I will be replacing Heather as I see a big die off from the freeze thaw cycles.

 

I hope to plant Huron Sunrise Perennial grass and will do some hydrangeas.  Can't wait to get working outside again.
