@Kachina624 et al, here is what it looks like so far.  Excuse the white basting thread.  I have 5 rings done so far.  I think there are 25-30 rings.  The thread colour is dusty rose.  Looks wrinkly but is taut when I quilt.  I never iron until I'm done.

 

Weather here is unseasonably warm. 21 degrees C (over 70F).  Not quilting weather is it???  LM

@Kachina624, I do enjoy it and I enjoy having a winter project.  This one is going quickly.  I don't think it is going to last the winter.  

 

It it is supposed to be 75F here today.  I should get outside and do some final yard work but my mind has made the leap to next season😒.  LM
