I sure do hope they like it.  The kids would pretty much just be happy eating them fresh.  I might just make one large cobbler to bring with the berries for the kids to snack on.  I haven't decided yet.

How lovely to eat raspberries fresh each day.

 

Around here blackberries are a menace.  They just take over and even deer can't penetrate.  Have a SIL who devotes his life to killing them.  We are talking using an excavator....🤪

Lol, I know just the type of wild blackberries you're describing.  Before we got these hybrids, I never knew blackberries could be so different.  These are thornless, no grittiness and about three times the size.  All my life, I dreaded when blackberry picking time came around.  These have changed that.😃❤️
