I've never seen, or even heard of a purple pad cactus. At first I thought this had to be artistically enhanced, but it's the real deal. Who knew? How pretty.

I had no idea that cactus can be purple. I thought they were all green. We don't have cactus like that in my neck of the woods.

Love it.  Looked it up and apparently it's also edible. I've never eaten cactus, although I've seen it in some store.
