About two years ago I bought a Crape Myrtle from Lowe's. It hasn't gotten any bigger than when planted. I talked to the sales clerk in the garden center and she told me to move it. Well, it has grown some, but no flowers at all. Not even a sign of a bud. What am I doing wrong? My daugher in law bought two in the half price section last year and they are full of blooms. She hasn't fertilized them or did anything special. My neighbors planted theirs this spring and they are beautiful. I'm about ready to dig it up and plant something else. Oh by the way, I live in North Carolina if that helps any.
