Could you please identify this flower?

Recently, I bought a few bouquets o& cut flowers, and have wondered what the white flower is. It’s very pretty & long lasting, and perhaps I could grow it.BA018A17-1074-4CCB-8CE1-F07C9F467D9A.jpeg

Thanks!

@cantdrive55The white flower appears to be from thelily family.  Below is a photo of one of my Cottage Farms asiatic lilies from my garden. There are various forms of lilies and the petals have like, but some differences in shape and size.

Thank you!

I thought it looked like a glad, but the flowers are in cluster, not the glads I’ve seen where the flowers bloom singly up the stem.8BDD109E-51A6-4A49-A045-976D066E9290.jpegE53DBA06-2F06-4C33-9495-B876003ADF69.jpeg

I think it is a type of lily. You are correct about glads growing  along on tall stems not in clusters. I thought it might be a white amaryllis but the stem is too thin.  Any fragrance? Would love to know. They are beautiful.

Re: Could you please identify this flower?

I appreciate everyone’s help, thank you.

I bought the bouquets at Aldi’s, and the white flower was in one of those, it’s a week old and going strong!

It does look like a miniature amaryllis, but at the price of the bouquet, I can’t imagine it would be!

@50Mickey I can only detect the lightest fragrance (but it’s a bad allergy day here!).

@cantdrive55  If you have a smartphone there are free apps that will help you identify plants when you take a photo.  PlantSnap is one.

@cantdrive55  try LaBelle (or LaValle) Snapdragon pictures. They look pretty close to your white flower.  tedEbear

That is a beautiful flower.  I would like to know also.  I have heard there is a new variety of alstroemeria out soon but I have not seen it.
