Anyone having trouble getting a response from CottageFarmsdirect?  My sent two messages about my plants that arrived damages and dead two days ago and have not heard from anyone at Cottagefarms.

I'd go to the Q chat and talk to customer service.  They may credit your account.

I phoned them  last year about receiving a Hibiscus that was supposed to braided but was not and they were nice as could be.  They sent a replacement his year plus two other replacements.  So far I think they are the greatest!
