I ordered these and they are like ground cover. Stalks are so heavy they just lay down and to beat all no flowers. Very disappointed.

I don't have this plant but have had scented geraniums in the past.  Make sure it gets full sun and pinch the stems back to prevent legginess and promote bushiness.  Perhaps fertilizer would also help.

I have these, mosquito plants, in my yard.  They are grown for the foilage and scent to repel mosquitoes.  The blooms are tiny and not for show.  They seldom bloom.  Maybe yours are different.

Most of mine were D.O.A.  Of course I got credit for them.  Went ahead and planted the others but they didn’t make it either - oh well...

@Elom  I usually buy mine at a local historical society fest in late April. I put them in pots and keep them on all the tables on my patio for mosquito control. I don't think I've ever seen them bloom. They are utilitarian, and not for show, as far as I'm concerned

Image result for citrosa bloom

The blooms on mine are beautiful.  Only about 1" long and sparse.
