This plant is coming up in 2 different areas of my garden. I planted alot of perennials last year I am not sure what this is.
. Can anyone tell me if it is a flower or weed?

It looks similar to dill, but not quite as feathery.
I'm also thinking it looks like portulaca...I think that's the name of the flower. My sister in law gave me some. It's an annual, but it does self-seed and comes back the next year.

Wait till it flowers to better ID it.

I think it might be Sprengeri fern.

I think your right. It looks more like the Sprengeri Fern then Portulaca or Dill Weed.

We have it also. I don't think it flowers, at least it did not in our yard.

To me it reminds me of Cosmos Daisy. At least in the picture with the stones around the indivual plant . But not so much when in clusters. A Cosmos Daisy will usually bloom at a height of 24 to 36 inches. Straight up, no branches until the first bloosom dies or is removed. So I guess, wait and see...

I believe what you have here is pineapple weed, also called wild chamomile. The leaves and eventual yellow flowers are edible (but become more bitter as they age).
If it were Sprenger asparagus fern, it would feel prickly and/or stiff.

I agree with @GingerPeach. If I saw this in my garden, I would pull it. I have a close and personal relationship with weeds as I am an avid gardener!!! LM
