@CelticCrafter I'm in Pennsylvania, and it is certainly not too late to put out parsley plants. The butterflies have not even started to come around. And, they will continue to lay eggs for weeks. If they lay eggs too late in the season, the pupa will winter over and hatch next year, if it's not disturbed.
