Have ALWAYS been pleased with Bernini fountains in the past, but not so much with this one! The presentation looked GREAT and I was excited to order the Bernini Rechargable Perla Wall Fountain (M52305) and it arrived just days before my Spring Break, but when I opened it up I discovered very LARGE and obvious drops of dried on clumps of paint on it! Argh! Who was doing quality control? Am I just being petty? Should I send it back?

No, you're not being petty.  I would be disappointed, too.  I'd call customer service first and see what they suggest.

@tl98466

I would call CS and explain the situation to them.  It is obvious the flaw is there.  But what a huge hassle to ship such a huge item back.  They should pay for the shipping costs both ways.  Maybe they can just give you a partial credit so it is a win-win for both parties?

Hmmm, it sort of looks like bird droppings doesn't it?

Thanks! I did ask about a partial credit - but they said to just send it back.
