Re: All dressed up for the garden tour

I wish I was part of that tour.

If I was, I might still be there relaxing under a beautiful shade tree.  If heaven was on earth, I imagine your garden would be it.

Thank you for the pics.

@Kachina624, Lily is so funny.  When I bought the frisbee, I bought a set thinking it might wear out quickly.  I gave one to her buddy chocolate Lab Jersey and that one was toast in short order.  Lily is still using the same one three years later.  She will only give it up if you will throw it, preferably in the wTer.  Otherwise, no dice.

She has the same little mushroom shaped furry pillow that she has had since she was a puppy (she is 11) which she carries around the house everywhere she goes.  It has been washed and mended more times than I can remember.  She won’t go to bed without it.  Such a character.  Yes, we love our dogs.

@Kachina624, the newest items in the garden are a face and a seahorse named Priscilla by my friend after she saw the paint job I did hehe.  LM

@Lilysmom.  It's nice when your kids take care of their toys.  Lily sounds like a neat dog.  I like that she's aging gracefully and isn't coloring her gray.

I thought there was a new face in the garden.

Can't say it any better than that.  Your garden is so beautiful

and I would love to see it in person.  I'm struggling to keep

my gardens alive.  We've had so little rain in my part of TX.

I'm loving Lily also.  Smiley Happy

@yellowrose@Nataliesgramma,I totally get it about the water.  We have had record setting temps here in Nova Scotia something like 28 days in the last two months.  We have only had a spatter of rain here and there, none in the last month.  We are not used to this weather in Nova Scotia.  We are coastal and usually get our fair share of rain but not lately.  Having said that, we are not in as bad shape as some posters here.  Count your blessings I say!  LM

@Lilysmom.  Looks gorgeous as usual.    I see a different view of the lake, and pretty benches...is that another property you all share access to??    I just love all the whimsical additions.   Looks enchanted.   Nice that you share pics with us...enjoy!!
