I was told once that sweating (of the feet) is what causes blisters).

What do you mean by good quality?

When I lose the TV controller, it's always in some remote destination.

I like Gold Toe socks and have been wearing them for years.  I wear them to work out all the time, good quality so they last quite awhile.  They're available in a lot of places.  I beleive it was Macy's that I last bought some.

Don't shrink when washed, stay up ,do not slip on foot, some say socks with wool , helps in keeping dry.

Re: women sport socks

[ Edited ]

I do LOTS of walking and these socks are my favorite.

Dr Motion Compression socks from Kohl's.  They are on sale now.  $7.99 for two pair.

I tried to copy and paste the picture but cannot.....

Edited to add:  they stay up, and no shrinking when washed.  I love the support they provide.  I wear the ankle version.

I have worn No Nonsense socks for years and love them. Forgive me, but I don't understand how one would get blisters wearing socks though unless one had ill fitting shoes.

I buy socks from lots of different places - different fiber blends.

I would blame the shoes before the socks.

Yes, shoes that don't fit well ,do cause blisters, they make socks that guard against blisters also.

Thorlos Experia.  Kind of pricey but I've occasionally found them at TJ Maxx.
