just checked preorder of graver jacket ships out of Florence SC not PA so for us east coast girls it will take some extra time to get here.

South Carolina...Pennsylvania...it will make no difference to buyers living on the West Coast. It will still take two weeks to get here. I think they must send their West Coast orders on slow boats, heading East.

Very often my packages start in Florence SC then go to PA and then on to me in NY

I have several orders pending with the notation, "Unfortunately there is no tracking information available". I guess UPS has thrown up their hands and quit trying. The rush hasn't even started yet. There IS tracking on my non-QVC orders.
