Yes, seems all the fashion, and maybe some other stuff took a huge price jump when the new shipping ca-rap took effect. No more fashion from Q for me....I had already cut way back because of selection and quality.

No. It is not your imagination. Denim & Co. used to have some cute things. Now it is just plain Jane t-shirts and stretch waist pants (which I don't object to) in every color, and no style whatsoever. Same thing with Quacker Factory. It's knit Dream Jeans and sequin T's or nothing. I've bought things from Susn Graver before, but never really liked any of it.
I used to buy all my clothes from underwear to shoes from the Q. I would spend lots of money on Fashion Days which used to be great. Now they are a non-event. Now, I see nothing I am even remotely interested in. Nothing in cotton. Everything is weird knit fabrics or ugly patterns and at sky high prices. This also includes Isaac. I see nothing unusual about the so-called "designs" he brings to the Q. More plain Jane, non-descript same old, same old. ![]()
I'll just keep wearing my old clothes until I find something I like, but it doesn't look like it will be on QVC.

No the changes in pricing is definitely a real eye opener, and not only here at QVC, but in general.
You pay more $ for the same merchandise and also pay other higher costs.
Competitive comparison shopping is wonderful, especially in this economy.
Shopping around for better prices is fun and they also may include, free 2 day shipping, carrier delivery 7 days per week, no sales tax, sale prices, bulk shopping specials, and the like .
It is really exhilarating, especially when you come across clothing which is a fabulous buy with many consumer incentives thrown in.
There is a lot of competition out there....I too am not thrilled about the changes I see with many higher prices for items which were lower priced recently, and the new shipping changes are a turn off.
As a result I now competitive shop and really enjoy it......I find to to be a very healthy challenging shopping situation, and am happy when I score a real winner.
It's rewarding to find great finds, when you least expect them, and the $ you save can be used elsewhere.
For the internet by computer I use thefind.com....just type in what I want and all internet stores offering that item display.....saves a great deal of internet shopping and time, and I have found great items with many additional incentives included, which make shopping a joy, that also saves me $.

Yes they have, especially Graver's clothes. I don't feel you can compare her items to designer clothes. If you go shopping you'll find similar items for half the price, or less. Denim & Co. has gone up, but not near as bad. I can do better in local stores. The V just isn't there for me in QVC's clothes.

We just need to stop buying for a while, they will get the message, and prices will begin to fall!

The prices certainly did go UP! I find myself talking to the tv saying ""How much???!!!.....that's nuts!"" Nice to know it's not just my imagination. With the new ""lower shipping and no refund on shipping"" charges my buying clothing from Q has come to a screeching halt.
