Try in the QVC Addicts forum.  It is a closed group (you have to ask to join).  Very nice people over there who are very helpful.  No you cannot sell anything on this forum.

You could try a consignment store, if there are any in your area.  New, designer items usually sell, especially if they've never been worn.
