So . . . . The next logical question is . . . "A mistake in our system"?????  A practice round testing $5.00 shipping?  How does shipping get to $5.00 by "mistake"???

Hi @MaggieMack, Oh dear! If I had to guess, I would say most likely human error when we entered the pricing information into our system. We enter a lot of product information into our systems manually. Sorry about that again!

I have a shipping cost question about item A272928, IM Soft Shell Jacket.  The shipping cost is $5 - is this correct?  If so, why is the shipping on this jacket $5 when shipping on item A272709, IM Hooded Leather Jacket (approx $300) is $3?  It doesn't make a lot of sense to me.  Thanks!

I have made request to give us some kind of break for shipping, others do which I will not mention.

Not only are shipping costs higher but I was looking in the As Is section at handbags and a few other things and noticed that some of the As Is prices were more than the clearance prices. That doesn't make sense and how does that even happen?

I was glad to see your post about an "as is" item. I have often wondered exactly what that meant. Is the item damaged, mis-sized,soiled??? I love LOGO and have a whole wardrobe of her things, but does anyone know why there are so many "as is" LOGO items?
