@Dinaki yes it means the shoes could have been worn. I've bought as is shoes before. Some have looked new and unworn, lucky me!; some have been dirty; some have been defective. It's a gamble but you have the same return policy.

I've bought many as is items all have been good.  One item had a faint perfume smell and it washed out.  Some have been wrinkled.  You have to be careful with handbags because sometimes the straps might be missing.  Read carefully.  But you can still return the items.
