My friends and family think I have phemonia, I am weak and tired, can't work more then a couple of hours at my desk and need to come home.

I cannot afford insurance right now, husband had a heart attack and a stroke and was let go of his job so we are really struggling.

However, I do believe that G_D has my back, but I am taking cough suryp, nose drops and asprin and nothing is working well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. But please don't tell me to get to a Dr. I just cannot afford it right now.
