@lolakimono I decided to go with this one:

Kathleen Kirkwood Tux Luxe Cami It's Kathleen Kirkwood rayon/span blend A222047. While I don't usually "make do," the fact that it's less than $20 helped seal the deal. It'll be as cool as cotton under that plaid shirt. Maybe next summer there will be more options and I will look for something more long-lasting. On the other hand, maybe I'll have completely decided to go "in another direction" by then.
