kerstin saturday morning q 5-28-16

Does anybody know what top she is wearing today?  it is the v-neck w/ blue diagonal strips of fabric at the top and solid navy at the bottom.  It looks like it has an a-line hem and some pockets.  It is really cute and was curious if it was on the Q.  Thanks
