Re: is tlourtney replacing amy???

I think Amy is now hosting a two hour Inspired Style on Monday. Courtney did a good job when she hosted the Thursday night Inspired Style.  Good idea to change it up.

On another front I never can believe how many Logo shows there are.  Lori Goldstein must sell millions of those tops.  I like the original v neck 3/4 sleeve, shark bit hem to wear to the gym when I feel fat.  Flattering top with my yoga pants.  I handle those tops gingerly as they are so delicate and way too expensive for what they are.

I like the idea of moving hosts around..........gives them more flexibility and the ability to host a variety of shows (products).  BTW, I enjoy watching Amy and Courtney, and other hosts.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

I have never understood the criticism of Courtney as a host. She does her job as well as any other host. She is very pretty and has a good personality too.

Love them both! QVC does a great job in selecting and training their hosts.

Just curious, could you point out in what ways you come to this conclusion?

I picked up on a comment that Amy said the other day, and I don't remember what program (maybe her show on Mon. nights) that you would be seeing Courtney more on Inspired Style, and that is all she said!  Countney is a "mini" Lisa Robertson, but she talks too much like a baby, IMO!

Seems to me that flexibility, re: shows, is job security, more or less.  In other words, I don't know what type(s) of contracts hosts have in place.  Now-a-days I'm only guessing that they are shorter term contracts.   Anyway, I'm (right now) thinking of Rick D. who can host jewelry and also home/garden/food/electronic products, always doing an excellent job.  Yes, versatility is the key now-a-days.  I would want to 'move around' from show to show, just to keep myself 'tuned-up' (and employed).

I don't watch on Monday nights, so I would gladly welcome a shakeup of hosts.  It would  be nice to be able to watch on Mondays again.  I believe Courtney has been maturing as a host.

I also heard Amy say that but missed the announcement. I asked on community chat but the only knowledge was they might be co-hosting?

Amy and Courtney are both great hostesses.  They are the future, if QVC is to have one.  The older hostesses are, like myself, still good and serve a purpose but some are probably getting ready to retire and enjoy their family and savings.
