Hosts!!!! Please explain number and letter sizes for new customers. Tired of hearing order your normal QVC sizing. Well, what does that mean when your new? Size chart is not right! I think if you would explain your normal size with each designer that would cut back on returns I need number and letter sizing and if you need to go up or down on each designer? I usually wear a XL 14 to 16 in womens clothes and ordered a med. in loungewear(1st order ever in clothes) and it fit, so confused? Dont know what size to order? Please explain better!!!!!!

@lou46. Are you aware that measurements are listed for each garment in the system?  All you have to do is find well-fitting pieces in your closet, measure them, then match to garment measurements listed under the garment description.  They are at the end of the text where it says "click here".
