Yes! Now I'm busy trying to catch up for the two weeks in which I did NO exercise. Last night I went to Body Combat for an hour and on Monday I did 55 min. of cardio in the a.m. and an hour of yoga in the p.m. I'm thinking about pilates today (and then a nap) before dinner.

I love plaid. That's a good looking tee!

I have a few Land's End zip fleece sweatshirts. They're nice for yoga because I can bend over and not get whacked in the face by the hood.

I have two that are kids (the "fat girl" sizes) and they're still going strong some seven years later.
