I have quite a few pairs of Driftwood Jeans, purchased on sale, and I love them.

One warning though, they stretch out a lot when wearing!

Wore a pair to a Dr. appt. yesterday and they were nice & snug, body hugging, but by the time I got home, I pulled them off without even unbuttoning them!

I think the issue IS the fact that all the attention is brought to the bottom of the shorter jeans, and because of that, it shortens the leg line and appearance of length in your legs.  That is why a boot cut or flare always makes one look taller, longer, leaner.  If the jeans were in that style, the jeans would be a sell out as they would be flattering

Wish I could justify these jeans because they looked so great on the hosts and models.  I would prefer to make sure they fit without paying shipping and return fees.  I promised myself no more purchases that I don't need and though difficult I am sticking with it.

I have been doing that for awhile now.  Difficult at first but once yiou make your mind up it gets easier.  I prefer to shop local where I can try things on.  Some great sales as well.  I just feel the Q pricing has gotten to be more than I wish to pay.  I also stopped buying  things I do not need.

I have plenty in my closets to shop for.

I agree and I did my own like this in the 70's with the flare bottom.  I think longer and a boot cut would be much nicer look.

Not to be argumentative, but I liked those white jeans on Amy so much that I ordered a pair!

@LTT1   I also thought those jeans looked great on Amy.  Courtney looked sensational in her light denim pair as well.

Enjoy your jeans!

This line reminds me of the Johnny Was brand, which is even more expensive.

Yes, I have a few Johnny Was pieces but I got them at a summer sidewalk sale. I get their catalog and always fall in love with everything! This brand impersonating Johnny Was brand just looks off..frumpy looking. JW are just plain classically beautiful!

I agree with you...or perhaps "Anthropologie!"

A few years ago there was an embroidered top that looked somewhat like those jeans! I lined away after thst top"

@LTT1 Would you post to let us know what you think of them and how they fit?

I'm trying desperately to talk myself out of the daisy pair, so cute.  I've never tried this brand, many thanks!

@matty liz    You should've seen Rosina in those jeans!  She looked really incredible!  But I do agree they're overpriced.  Of course I'd prefer them in a full length bootcut version too.

All I buy in Driftwood Jeans are full length boot cut jeans. Check out their inventory, but I agree the prices are ridiculous for a D&C branch-off.

All of mine were 'as is' at greatly reduced prices.

They looked/felt brand new, like someone may have just tried them on, if that.

I love the way these jeans look. I bought a full length pair and a cropped pair "as is" so much lower price. My question is, I just got the cropped portofino jeans but they are not a straight cut they actually flair a little. They are 91/2" across at the very bottom. Anyone else have a pair that doesn't look straight from the knee down?

Thanks
