I don't  like the font either, my font is large, I can't stay on the blog to long. Hurts my eyes and head. Please return to normal. Hope someone is listening.

Making it hard to see and difficult to read makes me want to spend less time reading blog posts. Maybe that's the idea so that customer care staff has less to monitor.

It's larger and darker.  I don't mind it.

On my iPad, it's not small, it's huge!  Won't even fit on the 12.9 inch screen.
