Just like last year I ordered a Christmas present from the Q and was promised it would be here in time for the big day. Well my clarisonice tsv was a no show. I dont know why they promsie something they can not hold up. Well they gave me a 10.00 credit since it still hasnt come but it doesnt change the fact that I had no present for my sister. I had a gut feeling it wouldnt make it but trusted them when they kept saying " we know how to ship to make sure it gets there" , well i wont make that mistake again.
