I never received an email but mine were shipped and then ordered returned. I was of course charged for the first easy pay and had to pay my bill today so I paid the payment on boots I might never receive. It makes me mad if they are going to ask for them to be returned then we should have been credited the minute they did that. Now if I never get the boots I am stuck with a credit. I have only ordered three items this entire year so who knows how long it will take me to find something else I want to use up what I just paid. Ugh!

I had the same thing happen to me on two pairs that I ordered (shipped and then intercepted so did not receive). I noticed today that my credit card was also charged for the first easy pay even though I have not received any boots.

I wondered what was going on because when I ordered mine in the blue, they were available with no pre-order needed. I went in to check status yhesterday and is says "Advanced Sale". I did not receive an e-mail either. What are they saying the issue is? It really makes me mad that they just change a confirmed order to an advanced order and don't even let me know. What the heck kind of customer service is this?

It's $40 for the shoes. I don't see the point in canceling if you wanted them for that price in the first place??? They cancelled TSV shipment but the next one can be totally fine and if it is not, you can always return for full refund. No harm done! I was told by CS that it's the batch ordered on TSV day that got cancelled. The earlier shipment was different. Also someone else was told the shipment got wet or something. So, no issues with the product itself.

I wouldn't wear a boot that says UGH on the back either. My boots say UGG on the back !

I sold my almost new Lamo booties to a consignment store. Never again will I buy this brand.

Me three. I have a pair from several years ago, don't wear them that often, but I do need a warm boot this year!

I have never had a problem with Lamo items, although I have had several issues with the Customer Service that I have received here at 'the Q'.

I pre-ordered 2 pair of these boots. I never received ANY email about any issue from QVC. I did notice that my second pair went from being delivered, to canceled and then to 'backordered'.

As a user of the MY UPS app, I was watching when the box was ordered "return to sender", still with NO WORD from 'the Q' as to why. So, I emailed CS yesterday and received a very nice and prompt reply from CS. I was told that package was re-routed because something about the packaging did not meet QVC standards. I was then told that sometime in the next 10 days, the issue should be resolved.

I woke this morning to a credit having been issued for the one pair that shipped and then called back.Still. no word from QVC as to what this issue is or was. Am I the only one who feels that this is an extremely unprofessional response to a rather routine problem in the supply chain? Every customer who purchased a pair of these should have received the same email with the same explanation for the delay. And, these customers should ALL receive an apology...

I'm not cancelling. I'm doubting I get them, but I want my pink Lamos if they come. I'm ticked that I don't know "why". Their "story" is b.s.

I don't think QVC gives a flying fig if we cancel or not. I'm keeping my order intact to see what happens.

I am in the same mindset -- I don't want to cancel them at this price until I have more information. Hope we find out what is going on soon!

I didn't order them but asked someone for them for x-mas. Whether she ordered or not, I don't know. But if she did, I hope she doesn't cancel because of this.

Honestly I don't really care what the issue is as long as it's fixed. And if it's not, I'll send them back.
