If you haven’t dried them I would put the fleece in the dryer with a new microfiber cloth..the cloth will grab all of the lint,You need a fluffy type cloth not the smooth type.

Try putting them in the dryer with a load of wet sheets.  I do this whenever I get lint on my black knit pants.  Works well.  Hope it works on fleece!!  Good luck.
