It takes awhile, be patient. The CS is good, I think they are totally legit.

I've been shopping with zulily for many years 4+ I've been very pleased with them. Yes you can get some items for about the same price on amazon. I check before I buy. CS is great. I had a mis-sized item. It was for one of the kids and way too small. I called and they refunded me. I don't think I had to send it back either. I have taken a chance on clothes had some bummers but found some really nice stuff real cheap.

NO RETURNS/exchanges! That is an absolute deal breaker for me buying anything by mail even if I am familiar with the item or brand.

I was going to buy a pair of Clarks mules from them and this was a pair in which I already owned another color, but when I read the no return/exchange policy I did not complete the order.

Just this week I bought a pair of black buckle-trimmed

clogs that are so cute. I can't wait to get them. So far so good.

Thanks for confirming that. I was thinking Zulily would refund in certain cases, and was reassured by their statement of "we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right."

I spoke with Zulily CS when I received improperly sized boots. I was told because something did not fit properly did not mean it was defective. Defective meant a zipper was broken, a garment was torn, etc. Eventually a supervisor called me back and said I could return the item for a credit. I'd already paid $5.95 for shipping and was going to have to pay to return the item. To me it was not worth it so I donated them.

I'm curious why you didn't mention any of that in your original comment.

Because my original post dealt with the fact that just because you a familiar with a brand does not guarantee it will be the same as previous experiences.

Each time you respond to me, I get the feeling you do not believe me.

Perhaps it has to do with the fact I do not believe much of what your friend RRR posts.

I just saw Alegria shoes on QVC for $119. I've bought 4 pairs on Zulily for about $44-49.00 per pair. They are wonderfully comfortable, much more supportive and well made than the Orthoheel products.
