Well after seeing this bumped up again I checked on a return for a necklace.  I paid on my own to return it, put a note in the box to NOT charge me the return label as I paid my own postage and put a huge X thru their label as someone else stated they did.

That did not work.  My credit was .98 as the necklace was on ez pay.  I called and they had to refund the $6.95.  

I've had many problems with QVC charging me the return label fee and I even write a note every time!!  So this thread is still appropriate as the problem is still occurring.

WATCH YOUR RETURNS is the way to go ...it's an ongoing problem.
