Re: Would you like to give/receive this as a gift?

I most definitely would. I'd like to start a collection.

A catch all during a messy dinner?

I can't imagine how messy that dinner would have to be to need this thing.

I just saw it online (not on air yet), but I'm already envisioning the hosts' spiel when listing the myriad of applications and for whom you should buy it. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}{#emotions_dlg.sad}{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is probably not a good holiday gift for your kids' teachers or their busdriver. {#emotions_dlg.glare}

You mean like "people judge you by the bib you wear"? {#emotions_dlg.sneaky}

"lead with the bib" {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

This would be nice for nursing home residents.

I would agree with that because in most nursing homes if the resident spilled or dripped anything on their clothes, they would sit in those soiled clothes for the rest of the day.

My dad is in a home and he is always dropping food down the front of his shirt. The nursing homes don't use bibs or spot cleaner so the stain remains. It drives my mother nuts! She takes them home and treats them with spot remover. I think this would be a big help to both her and my dad. We are lugging his wash home every week and it is getting to be a real hassle.

I can do exactly the same thing with a baby blanket or a dish towel. No thanks.
