Great question.  Just picked up a 6 pack from walmart.  Hanes nylon.  Love them very comfortable.

I wear cotton.  Wacoal is an expensive brand, but they wear like iron and last a long time.  I also wear Jockey brand.

I prefer the Breezies line. I love the feel of the microfiber but also like the nylon high cut and the cotton high cut. I prefer the microfiber or nylon version for under my clothing and the cotton for nightime.

I don't like all-cotton panties. Mine are 95% nylon/5%spandex with a 100% cotton liner:

I always wore and still wear Jockey 100% cotton.  However, I purchased a package of very comfortable panties from Target that are very soft and wash well and reasonably priced.

Mine is nylon with a cotton insert.  I love the Vanity Fair brief brand and have worn that for years and years now.  Not willing to change and try something else.  lol
