If the hosts over-tout a product and say it's something when it is not, will that be a QVC error?
What if they send you the correct size, but it just looks awful on you? Whose error is that?
There used to be a place to check (something to the effect) "seemed different to me than presented."
I have a feeling people will be keeping things that do not meet their expectations a whole lot more.
Terrible new policy for the customer, IMO.
I don't see anyone really getting a break in "reduced" shipping, unless you are making a repeat purchase on something you already know & love. (Which is - how often?)

QVC needs to have one sizing for ALL of the clothing sold on the Q--just one for all lines. Period.
If I buy a XXS shirt in one brand it needs to fit the same in another brand.

Yes and that's exactly what they want and why they have adopted this new punitive policy. It seems they don't want you to return things at all.

I can think of a pair of Sketchers walking shoes I ordered from QVC. They said they were oh, so comfortable. They were the worst shoes I ever put on! So their idea of comfortable and mine were totally different. It was definitely NOT what I was expecting!
In cases like these.....whose error?

I don't think it is always a matter of standardized sizing. Sometimes it is the way a garment is cut, or the fabric turns out not to be to your liking, (when you could not touch it through the screen) or it just plain old looks bad on you.
Again, whose error? You were expecting something different, but ended up with a dud!

I agree, but that is an issue with ordering without seeing and touching.

Yes. Which is why every other retailer has a generous return policy.

Every time a host repeats QVC's sizing chart and told where to find it - I cringe. There has to be a valuable reason WHY QVC does not point to the GARMENT measurements! Every manufacturer uses different sizes for their clothing. At least with shoes, you can get pretty close. This is one of my major beefs with QVC. Even when they do display bust or hip sizes on the screen - that is all you get. And sometimes, those are messed up. Shame Shame!!Hosts are too busy chitchatting about nonsense to provide valuable garment info.
Yes they are! I blame all this blah blah on FB. Seems all the hosts think they are reality stars, not salespeople. I don't care what they had for breakfast or where they spent their vacation. Just get back to business please and stop with all the senseless "all about ME" chatter. I'm waiting for them to all start taking selfies of themselves live on tv to share with all their "fans".
