Wishlist Question

Hello, I found the item number for Clarks upcoming TSV and tried to add it to my wishlist. I receive a message that there was site maintenance, however when I click on wishlist - there is my wishlist. Are we not allowed to add an advance TSV to our wish lists?

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.
