A poster mentioned barrel jeans. Just do not see the interest in these, very strange style. If you like them, enjoy, but not for me.

Jenny is into the wide  legs. She looks good in them, but I don't think petites do.

Barrel pants are the worst. I haven't seen anybody look good in them, including all models. Katia, too.

@febe1 I thought that she was a petite.  I think she looks cute in them....she looks cute in almost everything.

Yes, I think you'e right, @haddon9.  She might not be the exception and there are many petites like her. 

I think she looks adorable in them. I think I've heard her say 5'4".

I have a wide leg ivory pant and a trouser jean, but neither are super wide. I prefer a straight leg pant or jean most of the time. I like a bit wider opening on trousers and a bootcut jean in fall and winter so I can wear my ankle boots.

I do not buy wide leg openings. I was wearing D & C beach pants and my toes got caught up in the opposite leg of my pants, and I fell. It was terrible. I will never wear wide leg pants again.

I have some of the Beach pants, but mine are just loose and a little wide pants.

The jean wide pants goes to the knee and then widens out.

In the 90's I wore wide legs, but not with the jeans. 

I read once, if you wore the style before, pass it second time around.
