@shoesnbags, I agree with you, I suspect we all know who makes the decisions on everything at the Q. But, it's harmless, imo, to say thank you, especially since we know where the decisions come from, and it's not the vendors.
"To each their own, in all things".

Exactly!  Thank you Shoesnbags.  Some people answered and still they don’t have a clue. Someone even stated the vendor does the manufacturing, wow!  No clue at all 🤦‍♀️

I can think of a number of examples where the vendor is the manufacturer, not in all cases with having a distributor, but many manufacturers do not have distributors. Specially the items that are sold on QVC.

 

Having worked in manufacturing for 25 years I can also tell you that the manufacturers negotiate all this with QVC. QVC is not making these decisions on their own.
