Why should it take a week for an order to go through? Two other orders went through in two days. Who else has had this happen?

I have a beauty item that has been "in process" for 6 days! Also, still haven't received my gold rush item. Oddly, a beauty item I ordered a few days ago has already arrived at my doorstep! No rhyme or reason. QVC order fulfillment is a mess, in my opinion.

I just did but with Lord and Taylor. Just got a notification that the item is out of stock and that the order got cancelled. Guess it happens everywhere.

I live in NJ. I mostly pay with a Q credit card. I never had to wait that long for a order. The most four working day's unless it was shipped out on a weekday then I wait the extra day or two. I get e-mail alerts on my computer when a shipment from QVC is coming. I like the new order status that QVC put in.. Good work QVC! O/P I do not know where you live but, it has something to do with where you live and how you are paying.
