Why no wait list?

Why would QVC not offer wait list for their own Denim & Co. in-house brand for a very basic staple in one's wardrobe like denim jeggings?  Disappointing,

There could be many reasons but basically there's no wait list if there's no reasonable expectation of getting additional merchandise in the next 45 days.  In 45 days from now,  they'll be pushing spring/summer stuff,  not long pants and won't be receiving that kind of merchandise.   No use having a wait list just to disappoint people.

Most likely the plant has switched production to something else.
