I agree with the wide widths diminishing.

amazon has a lot of them. I've ordered Clarks from them in a 8 wide or 81/2 medium width. Clarks, about all I wear.

@Gemspirit If your feet are indeed "ruined", Isaac's shoes are probably the last thing you should be wearing on your feet. They offer no, that's zero, support and the ones I've seen and returned had very little cushioning. You need to find a shoe store with a pedorthist, a professional, trained shoe fitter, and get yourself a pair of decent, supportive, well-fitting shoes. It may change your life.

I wear 7 wide. I have many pairs of Clarks, Ryka and Birkenstock/Birki's. Check out Zappos.com and 6PM.com (which is heir outlet). I like to google particular shoes to see the reviews. Zappos shows reviews - but 6PM doesn't (but they carry many of the shoes that Zappos carries).

Try Shoebuy - they offer wides. I have been ordering wides from them for years and they usually have a sale. Over the weekend it was 30% off - some brands excluded. Their shipping is slow - around 10 days.

Humbly I suggest you try SAS shoes, they can really help your feet.

@Kachina624@Gemspirit- I love IM and his shoes. I too am a retired nurse with bad feet but I have tried his shoes and have sent them all back. I have internal rotation of both feet as well and there is absolutely no support on the sides nor arch support. @Gemspirit If you walk with a cane IM shoes are not meant for you. I love his clothes and him and the look of the shoe but I can't wear them.

I agree with the other posters. I have tried and returned two pairs of Issac's shoes a suede and a leather. They do have no support whatsoever. You might just as well be walking on bare ground and I find them ill fitting. While the length and width were ok when I tried them on as soon as I took a step the sides of the shoes came away from my foot causing a unattractive gap when you walk. I returned them and I do not even have foot problems.
