@chessylady  D&C vendor (Gary?)  does not always know the name of the color shown on some of his clothing.  His line has every color in the rainbow & outside of it too.

I did what I do with any B&M or other on line shopping that doesn't provide me with good service, I go elsewhere.  I have rediscovered Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom, Lands End, Eddie Bauer among others. 

I only shop when I need something, no more browsing.  This works for me.

I think it's a combination of vendors naming things weird colors and hosts not doing a good job.  I think if you are watching qvc, have the app open so you can order that way.

But even that doesn't always work... as the app is not updated in real time with what is currently on air.

This is such a simple fix.  LABEL THE SAMPLES WITH THE COLOR NAME.  I have yet to own a pair of NYDJ jeans because of all the color confusionin the presentations.  I'm not that hard to please, just give me something in the mid range, not the very dark rinse or the pale bleached color.  By the time I figure it out, my size is gone.

It's not always the host's fault.  They get confused by the crazy names QVC gives to colors.  It's bizarre because often the color doesn't relate to the name. Like Fresh or Haze or Cloud.  And that is why I always have my phone or my tablet open when I watch any of the shopping channels.  I'm not going to depend on hosts for colors and sizes and availability.

Why in the world do two host need to present items.qvc needs to get with it,the virus is starting to slow down.Two host forget what they are suppose to do,qvc sure isn't the same  as years past.It's all about money an sell.
