I called customer service & they confirmed they designed these with a looser fit. Thanks QVC for NOT telling us. Sooooo many customer complaints about too small sizing last season. Lots of returns. Now we have another sizing issue, Two of my colors in the size I need are waitlistefd. Im now thinking about returning the whole darn order for refund. $150. Very disappointed with sizing issues. Who wants to keep returning & exchanging? Defeats the benefit of convenient online shopping. Its caused me to cut back on my QVC purchasing.

That stinks. They really should have included that information. I know they've done that for some other items, like the skirted leggings. They changed the way they fit and said so on air. I'm sorry you're dealing with this.

I would at least push QVC to pay for the return shipping, since they did not include that information in the presentation.

Yes customer service did waive return fees & priced matched for exchange & waitlist. No complaints at all about my experience w CS. Just disappointed b/c of the hassle. I picked up the new 24/7 jacket they introduced on the same show in navy to create a suit look w the navy crops. Jacket is shipping but the navy crops r on waitlist. I dont want the jacket w/o the crop pants. Thats gonna b another return fee they will have 2 waive. If I had the impression they were taking extra steps to fix my order, I would work with them but that is not the case. Good news is there are many options for crop pants since its early in the season so im going elsewhere.

Just return them Raider and just try to get the right size later on, if they are sold out of the size you need.

You won't ever be happy with them if they don't fit properly.

I always have to check the brands individually. Quacker Factory 1x, denim Co. 1x, Issac in sweaters 2x, sometimes pants are different than sweaters, I am much smaller on the bottome. I just bought my first Issacc sweater, I loved it and bought two more for Christmas presents.

There's at least one black pair of the TSV on its way back, so maybe that will help someone! I bought the same size as the ankle pants and decided the TSV looked too small on so I sent them back hoping for an exchange. They were so close to fitting but I knew I'd regret keeping them. Love the fabric and the length so I believe the correct size will be worth the wait!

I'm so sorry you are experiencing this. Don't you hate it when a key piece of information was missing. I do agree I would of sized up too if I ordered because yes, they were tight on everyone!

2 options I guess.................1) Eat more and they'll fit

or

2) Return them and forget them.

If you get a smaller size, wouldn't they still be big because the entire leg is actually big? ...and do you need to go down one size or two sizes? Also, you only tried on one pair but that doesn't mean the rest aren't the same...different factories produce different colors/lots, maybe they are not the same?

I've experience that a lot with D&C pant/crops/capri's , same size different color fit different.

Why did you size up if you used the chart and know what size you wear in Isaac's line???? Don't wash them, just send them back and reorder the correct size. If they don't fit, they don't fit.

chrystal, I sent them all back. They were baggy and I actually couldn't return for a smaller size because most were not available. I did what any good red-blooded girl would do, sent them back and bought something else. Hoo Ha {#emotions_dlg.thumbup} An aside...the bag was so heavy DH wondered what the heck was in it. I told him it was a huge mistake and he should be glad to be taking part in sending it back. Cool

I did not order because I do better trying on all pants. Been there and done that. They looked tight on all the models I thought too and I don't recall hearing they run larger so don't size up.

Too bad and I hate returning. I just returned some tops that I purchased in my normal size and decided to go down a size. Fits me great now but hate the hassle of returning and exchanging and still not knowing if that will work or not. Turned out they did but I am a small and these are an x-small and never been that size in a top because of my bustline.
