That color is totally for me, I love it.  

 

I have no occasions to wear a blose like that though, and it would sit in my closet unworn.

I see what you mean! It would have looked better as a real v-neck.

 

I happen to like the blouse and don't have a problem with ruffles when done correctly. These are nice because they're soft

This is a beautiful blouse. The color, fit and ruffles are just perfect. I think I have got a great piece to wear for the next friends’ reunion.

Everywhere for Fall 2019, there are ruffles.  Ruffles on dresses, ruffles on blouses. Everything has a very, soft and romantic look.
