Actually back in the day my mother and grandmother wore a similiar style they called them house dresses they were either short or long so if she was staying in that's what she wore around the house. Her house dresses were very colorful I remember.

That is a bit much I actually like horizontal stripes when they are done right it's flattering but this maxi with the stripes and flowers are a bit much for my taste but it may look nice on others.

I love stripes. The LCNY stripes + floral (above) is a bit much, but I still think it's better than the VERTICAL D & Co. stripes that look like a beach towel or awning.

Yes the bottom dress reminds me of the awnings at the houses at Rockaway Beach
