I don't understand why this set is so expensive. Nothing special about it at all and the French terry is much too hot for summer where I live. It was 101 here yesterday; no interest in anything French terry anyway. I think they really missed the mark on this one. Suggestion: include the pants, free shipping, and you may sell more.
I do pity the hosts who have to pitch this all day.

I would not purchase that set anyway because I don't wear hoodies. Even if I did, I think the set is overpriced for casual garments.

Not me, for sure! If I'm looking for a comfy, knockaround knit set, I'm off to WalMart or something like.
baggy??? The ones I saw on the models were so tight they were stuck to their bums. People just say anything here !

I hope you aren't saying the TSV is a bargain compared to Banana, Juicy, or JCrew because this set is so much lower quality overall;no comparison at any price IMHO

Well, they finally made a jacket with a sleeve length long enough for my arms. I won't be ordering this TSV. The colors are pretty but I don't need a striped t-shirt.

I don't have the QVC version in my hand so I don't know about the fabric quality. I just did a quick google search for French terry hoodies and those brands came up. I noted that the prices were higher than for the QVC set.

I don't know if I will buy it or not. I haven't decided, but I think it's cute. To me, D&C quality is so much better than stuff I buy at local stores, especailly Kohls, but other department stores, too. After one season of wear other brands are limp & tired feeling. I can wear my D&C clothes for several seasons, so they are usually worth the money for me. I'm busy & I don't enjoy shopping much, so if I see something I like from D&C it's worth it to me to just order it.

I don't need anything like this, I have more sweatshirts than I know what to do with now so I'm going to pass, plus I'm not a striped tee person.

It's so basic, unimaginative, utilitarian, and uninspiring. Why can't they do something with a bit of pizzaz? Would it kill them to put a bit of tonal embroidery along the placket or sleeves? Or something to make it more attractive? I saw some hoodies last spring at Eddie Bauer that were so pretty and lightweight, with some pretty tasteful embroidery. They did not have my size otherwise I would have bought one. Not much of a hoodie fan lately but I would have bought that one because of the style of the jacket and colors.
The striped top is just not very attractive, the stripes are the worst kind there are, horizontal and with white ground, the kind that makes one look so much larger.Who wants that?
And a hoodie.......I am so over hoodies. And French terry in the summer! Not interested at all. The colors are alright but that's about it. I also think it's very overpriced for what it is.
This wasn't even tempting to me to buy this. Just no.
Why can't they offer something really pretty? It can't be that hard to design something!
