Who Dressed Lisa For "The Red Carpet?"

Who selects what Lisa wears? She is a beautiful woman with a terrific figure. But tonight she looks so frumpy. The dress is so heavy...like she's wearing drapery from the Victorian era. And it's too long...either she's wearing the wrong heels or someone didn't bother to adjust the length when Lisa was at her fitting for the show. Maybe she didn't have any time for any alterations to be done??? I would expect that Lisa would look far more glamourous than she does tonight.
